A play on the word ‘theatre’, treehat is a theatre production company,
started by a group of friends fresh out of college.
The client was clear that the logo must represent what the company does and also the two elements in its name, i.e., a tree and, well, a hat. So we devised a design with a typical theatrical gesture where the tree held the hat in its hand and took a bow.
This invite & brochure was designed for their very first production - Man, Woman and Dog. Illustrations continue to play an important part in Treehat’s visual communication.
